The Ozark Board of Aldermen voted to adopt an ordinance approving a cooperative agreement between the city and Missouri Commercial Development LLC to form the Ozark Marketplace Community Improvement District. The motion to adopt Bill 3678 as Ordinance 25-055 passed 5–1.
Alderman Galloway moved the ordinance onto second reading and later made the motion to adopt; Alderman Hutchinson seconded the adoption motion. During the roll call, Alderman Campbell voted “nay”; five aldermen voted “aye.”
Sarah Granath, who participated on Zoom, was present to answer questions from the board. Her on-record comment was brief: “That’s correct. If there are any questions.” No members of the public spoke on the ordinance during the meeting.
By adopting the ordinance the board authorized execution of a cooperative agreement related to the Ozark Marketplace CID.
