Commissioners approve private sewer and water agreement for Otterbein Sunset Village Phase 5

Lucas County commissioners on Aug. 5 approved a private sanitary sewer and private water supply agreement for Otterbein Sunset Village Phase 5 in Sylvania Township.

Julie Batterin, of the sanitary engineer's office, asked the commissioners to approve the private agreement for the Phase 5 development. Administrator Ford introduced the item as coming from the sanitary engineer's office.
