Clarksburg council sends two properties to Planning & Zoning for rezoning recommendation

The Clarksburg City Council voted to send the properties at 1400 North Nineteenth Street and 443 Lee Avenue to the Clarksburg Planning & Zoning Commission for a recommendation on how the parcels should be classified and rezoned.

A council member moved to refer the two properties "to plan and zone and seeking a recommendation as to how the property should be classified and rezoned to fit the needs of the neighborhoods."
