Commissioners required that alcohol be supplied by a licensed distributor.

Tenaris USA Sports received approval for a one‑day alcohol permit for a youth baseball tournament at South Morley/Fields (service hours 10 a.m.–8 p.m.) with organizers saying service would be confined to a single enclosed area and police detail on entrances. The Psychological Center received approval for a family event at Lawrence Memorial Stadium with alcohol service planned after noon until about 2 p.m.; the applicant said alcohol service would be in a secured area away from children.

Board members and enforcement liaisons reiterated common conditions: alcohol must be served only within the secured area, service must end at the times listed on the application, event organizers must ensure no alcohol is available to minors, and licensed distribution channels must be used. Motions to approve each event were made and passed by the board.
