Representatives for All American Home Renovators LLC and Ogletree Multiservices told the Demolition Board they are continuing work at 1113 West Tenth Street and described interior cleanup following prolonged vacancy.
The presenter said crews have removed dust and debris from inside the house and that roof and siding permits are in place; additional interior work will require separate electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits. Building-department staff reminded the representative and all applicants that the board requires a progress package — photos and documentation — submitted at least seven days before a meeting to retain a hearing slot. The department said it will be firm about the deadline and will remove cases lacking an update from agenda consideration.
Building staff emphasized that demolition, drywall or mechanical work requires permits before work begins. The presenter estimated a one-year timeframe tied to the stay-effective date (April 2025) but suggested active work could continue sooner; he said the most substantial recent effort was debris cleanout that required multiple dumpsters.
The board continued the case with the expectation that the applicant will provide the mandated progress package and that required permits will be obtained before significant interior work proceeds.
