Commission notes two agent-level actions: Bank building remediation at 394 Main and a deck at 172 Sycamore

At the Sept. 9 meeting staff reported two agent-level enforcement/administrative matters. At 394 Main Street, a prior violation involving the removal of brick-and-mortar from a watercourse bank has been addressed: staff said fill was removed, the area was graded and seeded, and germination is pending.

Staff also noted an administrative agent determination was completed for a deck at 172 Sycamore Drive located in the Upland Review Area. Both items were recorded by staff as resolved or otherwise handled through the agent-permit/administrative process; no further commission action was requested at the meeting.

Commissioners accepted the updates and moved to the next agenda item.
