Pacific Grove trustees push for clearer agendas, better onboarding and searchable records; staff asked to explore AI-enabled summaries

Trustees at the Pacific Grove Unified School District used a governance session to address recurring operational issues: how the board structures agendas, how new trustees are onboarded and how historical actions and contract approvals are made easier for trustees and the public to find.
