Zionsville unveils Crossbridge Point: 17 homes planned for adults with developmental disabilities

Mayor Stehr told the council Monday that a new section of the Wildair development, to be called Crossbridge Point, will include 17 homes specially built for adults with developmental disabilities. "That's an area of 17 homes that will be specially built for adults with developmental disabilities," Mayor Stehr said.
Mayor Stehr said about 300 families applied for lots and those selected were given a first look this week. He said the project is supported by the group Independent Living for Adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, which he described as based in Zionsville. No zoning actions, funding sources or construction timelines were presented during the council remarks.
