The Board of Zoning Appeals met for a brief administrative session on Aug. 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., approved the minutes from its July meeting and then adjourned.
The meeting was held solely for administrative business and included roll call and two procedural motions. No members of the public were present and there were no hearings, appeals or substantive agenda items on the record.
Attendance was recorded by the presiding officer as follows: Mr. Pilato, a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals; Mr. Bridal, a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals; Scott, a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals; Brad Neil, a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals; and Nina Monaco, billing official. The presiding officer called the hearing to order at 6:30 p.m. and asked the recording secretary to note attendance.
A motion to accept the minutes from the board's July meeting was made and seconded; the presiding officer indicated the motion was approved. Later, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded and the meeting was adjourned. The transcript records no public comments and no additional action items.
Because the session contained only administrative motions and no hearings or public testimony, there were no policy changes, votes on appeals, or new items referred for staff follow-up on the public record.
