City declares 1998 Kohler generator surplus, to be sold on GovDeals

Dave Payne, purchasing manager, told the governing body that the fire department’s 1998 Kohler stationary generator has been replaced and asked that it be declared surplus so it can be sold on GovDeals.

"The fire department has a 1998 Kohler stationary generator that is, has been replaced. And so we're gonna try to sell it on gov deals and ask you to declare surplus," Payne said.
