Council reads into record three withdrawn annexation and rezoning petitions

The first item read was Ordinance 2025-6, an annexation titled “Umbarger Lane Annexation,” described in the record as covering 130 acres; the council noted the petition was withdrawn by the petitioner and was denied. The second item was Ordinance 2025-07, a rezoning for Umbarger Lane covering 53 acres, which the record shows was withdrawn by the petitioner.
