Bel Air reappoints Brian G. Adolph to Board of Building Appeals for four-year term

The Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners reappointed Brian Gregory Adolph to the Bel Air Board of Building Appeals for a four-year term effective immediately, voting in favor Sept. 2. Commissioner Chance moved the appointment and Commissioner Taylor seconded; the motion passed with aye votes from Commissioners Chismar, Taylor, Chance and Chair Eddington.
Director Klein and other commissioners praised Adolph’s background and experience, describing the Board of Building Appeals as a technical and sometimes time-consuming committee that requires experienced members. There were no public comments opposing the reappointment.
Staff recorded the appointment for the town’s records; no additional training or action items were presented at the meeting beyond the formal vote.
