Grant County commissioners approve Amendment No. 2 to county manager employment agreement after executive session

Following a closed executive session on Aug. 14 conducted under NMSA 1978 Section 10‑15‑1(H)(2) (limited personnel matters), the Grant County Commission returned to open session and unanimously approved Amendment No. 2 to the county manager’s employment agreement.

Commissioner Flores moved to approve Amendment No. 2 and Commissioner Medina seconded. After a roll call and no further public discussion, each commissioner voted “aye” and the chair announced, “Motion carries.” The commission did not provide contract details during the public session.
