During the Aug. 14 meeting the Township High School District 211 Board of Education took several personnel actions in a roll-call series of motions during closed session.
The board voted to suspend employee Melissa Rodriguez Sarabia for five days without pay and directed the board secretary to notify the employee in writing; the motion passed on roll call (all present board members voted Aye). The board voted to suspend employee Jennifer Marshall for three days without pay and to adopt a notice-to-remedy to be provided by the board secretary; that motion also passed on unanimous roll call.
The board voted to withdraw the 2025–26 teaching contract for Daryl Wilson; the motion passed with one recorded abstention (Mister Dombrowski) and the remaining trustees voting Aye. The board then voted to terminate the employment of Joseph Caporal and later voted to terminate the employment of Bradley Robertson; both termination motions passed on roll call with all voting Aye.
Board minutes indicate the secretary was directed to provide written notice to each affected employee. The motions were made and approved during the closed-session portion of the meeting and the board president adjourned following completion of the agenda.
The board did not discuss the factual bases or allegations leading to these personnel actions in open session; the motions as recorded are limited to the formal employment outcomes and the direction to notify employees in writing.
