Grove MSA approves five natural gas service agreements

The Grove Municipal Services Authority voted unanimously July 1 to approve natural gas service agreements with Delaware County RWD #10, Jay Utilities Authority, Fairland Public Works Authority, Afton Public Works Authority and Simmons Food, Inc.
Trustee Justin Wadley moved to approve the agreement with Delaware County RWD #10; Trustee Ed Trumbull seconded. Trustee Ed Trumbull moved to approve the agreement with Jay Utilities Authority; Trustee Berwin Kock seconded. Trustee Ed Trumbull moved to approve the agreement with Fairland Public Works Authority; Trustee Justin Wadley seconded. Trustee Berwin Kock moved to approve the agreement with Afton Public Works Authority; Trustee Ed Trumbull seconded. Trustee Ed Trumbull moved to approve the agreement with Simmons Food, Inc.; Trustee Justin Wadley seconded. Each motion passed on recorded 4-0 votes: Trustee Justin Wadley, Trustee Ed Trumbull, Trustee Berwin Kock and Vice-Chairman Ivan Devitt voted aye.
