Council approves consent calendar including E911 maintenance, body camera payment and board appointments

The Coweta City Council unanimously approved the consent calendar on July 7, which included approval of minutes from June 2 regular and joint special meetings; annual service agreements and payments; and appointments to municipal boards. The motion to approve the consent calendar was moved by Mayor Naomi Hogue and seconded by Jeremy Barnett.

On the financial items, the council approved an annual service agreement with Motorola for E911 dispatch console maintenance at an annual cost of $15,790.16 and approved the annual payment to Utility Associates, Inc. for the body camera system at $30,462.80. The consent calendar also included appointment of Jessica Morris and Donald Vieth to the Coweta Board of Adjustment and Joanna Jones, Kristi Rentie and Linda Dyer to the Coweta Planning Commission. The minutes record the aye votes of Naomi Hogue, Jeremy Barnett, Joshua Wilburn, Lauren Givan and Caroline Martin.
