Knox planning staff schedules community open houses for draft Unified Development Ordinance

Planning staff announced a schedule of public open houses to brief residents on the county's draft Unified Development Ordinance and gather input. Amy (staff member) told the agenda review meeting that two in-person open houses will be held the week of Sept. 23, with sessions on Tuesday, Sept. 23 and Thursday, Sept. 25; each evening will include a short presentation at 5:30 p.m. followed by an open-house format running until 7:30 p.m. She added a virtual meeting will run Thursday, Sept. 25 from noon to 1 p.m. and that stakeholders and advisory groups will meet the same week.
