Authority begins recruitment for new public commissioner after resignation; staff to accept applications

The board discussed the resignation of public member Michael Tompkins and staff recommended opening recruitment to fill the public commissioner seat. Staff proposed an application deadline of Oct. 10 and expressed intent to appoint a new public member at the Oct. 21 meeting.
