Board names Osvaldo Huerta to citizen bond oversight committee

The Riverside Board of Education voted 4–0 on July 24 to recommend Osvaldo Huerta to fill a vacancy on the district’s Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee. The superintendent presented Huerta’s application and noted he attended a community meeting and had shown interest in oversight work.
