Duplin County approves amendment setting $5.62M guaranteed maximum price for two Airpark shell buildings

The Duplin County Board of Commissioners authorized an amendment to the Daniels and Daniels Part 2 agreement on June 16 that establishes a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) of $5,622,492 for two shell buildings at the Airpark in South Park and authorized the county manager to sign the documents on the board’s behalf.
