Enterprise board approves routine easement vacations; planning staff conditions apply

The Enterprise Town Advisory Board voted Sept. 10 to approve two vacation requests to abandon portions of right‑of‑way and patent easements in Enterprise.

Item VS250538 involved a portion of right‑of‑way between Pebble Road alignment and Raven Avenue alignment and Grand Canyon Drive and Seal Cove Street; the item was approved per staff conditions after no applicant appearance required the item to be held to the call of the chair earlier in the meeting.

Item VS250580, presented by Matthew Jaramillo on behalf of the applicant, sought vacations of PAD easements along the north and east sides of a property and a five‑foot right‑of‑way for detached‑sidewalk requirements. The applicant told the board the request covered easement vacations and the five‑foot right‑of‑way needed for sidewalks; no public commenters spoke on the item. The board approved the vacation per staff conditions.

Both actions are advisory recommendations that will be forwarded to the Clark County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners for final action.
