Advisory board approves preliminary conditions for TM Realty mixed‑use tentative map

The Paradise Town Advisory Board on July 29 approved preliminary staff conditions for a tentative map submitted by TM Realty LLC for a mixed‑use project in Paradise.

The project was described to the board as a mixed-use tentative map consisting of six residential lots, two commercial lots and common lots across 10.88 acres in a CR commercial zone, south of Spring Mountain Road and east of Valley View Boulevard in Paradise. The applicant’s representative presented the proposal and no members of the public spoke on the item.

A board member moved to approve the tentative map with preliminary staff conditions and the board approved the motion by voice vote.

The approval at the advisory-board level forwards the planning and zoning record for the project to the county board of commissioners or zoning authority for final action, as required for planning and zoning matters.
