Kenilworth officials report CoreWeave $2.7 million building permit; final 2025 tax bills set to mail

Councilman Morrow said on Sept. 10 that the borough received a building permit application from CoreWeave valued at $2,700,000 and that borough officials are "still investigating" a pilot program connected to the property.

The report came during the Borough Council of Kenilworth's regular meeting, where Morrow also said final 2025 tax bills are being prepared and "should be mailed out by the end of the month." Borough CFO (name not specified in the meeting) confirmed that assessment postcards will not go out until Feb. 1.

The finance remarks were informational; no ordinance or formal council action regarding CoreWeave or the pilot was taken during the meeting. Morrow said the CoreWeave permit is "great news for the borough," and that borough professionals had been contacted to follow up on the pilot terms.
