Planning commission tables North Creek Second Edition preliminary plat to October

The Planning Commission on Sept. 18 voted to table the North Creek Second Edition preliminary plat, a proposed 47‑lot single‑family subdivision, to the October meeting. The motion to table was made during the meeting and carried; staff confirmed the item will be considered at the October Planning Commission meeting and that any prospective speakers should sign up before that hearing. No members of the public signed up to testify during the Sept. 18 meeting.

Staff indicated the item was being continued and that a motion to table would send the proposal to the October agenda for further review and any additional public testimony.
