On Aug. 4 the probate court allowed the 16th and 17th annual accountings for the Krista Bono matter after petitioner’s counsel represented that the accounts contained only interest income and no disbursements and that billing for trustee services had been submitted to an insurance provider.
Attorney Adrienne Darr told the court she had served all interested parties and received no objections. She said the conservator/trustee, Marsha Ganon, provided the documentation and that the figures were true, fair and accurate to the best of her knowledge. The court reviewed the file, found service in order and signed the orders allowing both accountings. The petitioner did not request any attorney or trustee fees from the trust; Darr said she had billed the insurer directly.
Discussion versus decision: counsel presented the accounting materials and verified they were accurate; the judge approved the accountings with no additional action required. The judge handed direction to pick up signed orders at the clerk’s office before leaving the courthouse.
