Public art wraps installed on utility boxes; Fulshear Arts Alliance coordinating artist outreach and unveiling

Board members said utility art-box wraps at Fulshear Bend (by the high school) and along FM 1093 in Polo were installed this week and one more wrap was scheduled to be placed the same day as the meeting. Evangeline, with the Fulshear Arts Alliance, was identified as the community partner responsible for organizing the project.
