Billings MPO outlines $310 million funding plan for transportation projects over five years

The Yellowstone County Commissioner Meeting on March 12, 2024, highlighted a significant fiscal programming plan for the Billings Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), outlining a robust funding strategy for the next five years.
