Planning Commission reviews modifications for 450 O'Farrell housing project in Tenderloin

The latest version of the project, referred to as version 3, is still under review and requires further compliance with planning codes and an updated environmental impact report (EIR). The Planning Commission is expected to decide whether to approve the current version of the project or continue evaluating the latest revisions.

Community feedback has been mixed, with some letters of support highlighting the need for workforce housing, while others express concerns about the proposed density and the adequacy of community outreach.
