July permits issued for $75M St. Ignatius project and $10.8M Pacific Avenue renovation

In comparison, this July saw only three permits issued, with a total valuation of $29.8 million.

Officials expressed hope for a full commission to be in place by then, which would enhance decision-making and oversight.
