Local candidates propose reforms for San Francisco's African American reparations committee

"If I am chosen for seat 15 of the African Reparations Committee, I would like to develop a system for identification purposes that would provide the necessary data of personal identification information, ancestral data, proof of residency, and timely occupation within the city of San Francisco," she stated.
