Public safety and cleanliness emerged as major concerns for business owners. Nearly 68% reported worries about safety for employees and patrons, while 75% expressed dissatisfaction with street cleanliness. Respondents also called for more support from the city, including funding, streamlined permitting processes, and improved public safety measures.
