Planning Commission evaluates odor concerns over cannabis permit at 75 Industrial Avenue

Commissioner Honda raised concerns about how the other site could operate without an odor mitigation plan, prompting further clarification from John Pierce of the Office of Cannabis. He explained that the 75 Industrial Avenue site operates under a temporary permit issued during the legalization process, allowing it to function while working towards compliance with current regulations.
