San Francisco Health Service Board bids farewell to retirees Kathy Frierson and Don Jue

In addition to the retirements, Yeat provided updates on ongoing initiatives, including a successful panel on health equity and the celebration of Juneteenth as a city holiday. The meeting also addressed the importance of continuing efforts to tackle healthcare inequities and the positive outcomes from the DIVA project pilot program.

The meeting concluded with a farewell to Eric, the General Counsel for the Health Service System, who will transition to a new role as Chief Operating Officer for the San Francisco Employee Retirement System. Board members expressed their appreciation for his guidance and support over the years.
