Sky Star Wheel at Fisherman's Wharf gains approval for extended amplified sound permit

San Francisco's Entertainment Commission has approved a significant amendment to the outdoor event permit for the Sky Star Wheel at Fisherman's Wharf, allowing the attraction to provide ambient music for riders daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, starting December 27, 2025. The Sky Star Wheel, which recently relocated from Golden Gate Park, aims to create a more enjoyable atmosphere for guests waiting to ride.
