California grants Medicaid recertification to secure Laguna Honda Hospital's future

San Francisco's Laguna Honda Hospital has secured its long-term future following the successful Medicaid recertification granted by the California Department of Public Health and the Department of Healthcare Services. This critical decision ensures that the hospital will continue to receive essential Medicaid funding, which is relied upon by over 95 percent of its residents for their care.
