EPIC project prepares for launch with budget overview and training scheduled

The largest expenditure, nearly $22 million, was attributed to non-personnel costs, including contracts and maintenance related to the EPIC system.

Commissioner Chao requested a detailed breakdown of spending, which was provided, emphasizing the project's financial management and stability.
