Deputy Director Bree Mo Hoarder resigns as OCII prepares for leadership transition

Rosa Torres, a long-time OCII staff member with 17 years of experience, was introduced as the acting deputy director for finance during the search for Mo Hoarder's replacement. Torres praised Mo Hoarder's contributions to building a strong finance team and expressed confidence in their ability to maintain operations during the transition.
