These themes aim to create clearer pathways for accessing mental health resources and to promote a culture of psychological safety within the workplace.

The meeting concluded with a discussion on the importance of integrating mental health into overall health strategies and the need for ongoing partnerships with the Department of Human Resources and health plan providers. The board expressed appreciation for the progress made and acknowledged the necessity of continued efforts to enhance mental health support for city employees.
