Trademark and Copyright at 1123 Folsom Street has been the subject of three complaints regarding loud internal DJ volumes. Inspectors are setting up a sound test to determine appropriate indoor limits, while the venue is reminded that outdoor live entertainment is prohibited.

Lastly, 26 Mix is under investigation following a reported incident outside the club. Management clarified that a fight occurred away from the premises, involving individuals not associated with the club. The situation is still developing, and further updates from law enforcement are anticipated.
