Stephanie Catella raises concerns about Nob Hill project notification issues

“I think you need to know in order to make good projects and not have negative impacts cumulatively on the neighborhood,” the resident stated, highlighting the importance of community input in the planning process.

Another resident, Stephanie Catella, raised concerns about transparency, revealing that she was unaware of both the initial approval meeting in September and the current discussion. “I discovered them out of curiosity because I live across the street from the property,” she noted, underscoring the need for better communication with local residents regarding significant developments.
