Building Inspection Department details permit violations at Richmond Senior Center

However, complications arose when the contractor was unprepared for the scheduled inspection, as critical electrical and plumbing work had not yet been completed. This delay has hindered progress on the project, leaving both the Falta Institute and Richmond Senior Center awaiting resolution.
