San Francisco authorizes $7.5M for supportive housing at Sixteenth Street

In addition to the grant funds, the resolution also commits approximately $1.6 million in required matching funds for capital expenditures and ensures a minimum of five years of operating subsidies. This financial backing is crucial for sustaining the operations of the facility and ensuring that the residents receive the support they need.

The meeting also featured enthusiastic endorsements from committee members, with Supervisor Safae expressing excitement about the progress being made in bringing more housing solutions online.
