Ethics Commission proposes $7.1M budget for FY 2023 with focus on transparency

Taikendil detailed that salaries and fringe benefits account for about 86% of the commission's operating budget, with the remainder allocated for infrastructure, equipment, and services necessary for their core functions. The commission's priorities include enhancing the implementation of strong laws, increasing public awareness of these laws, and fostering meaningful public engagement.
