Supervisor Safaie proposes Excelsior Community Benefit District formation in San Francisco

Public comments were invited but no members of the public participated during the meeting. The committee ultimately moved to recommend the resolution to the full board for approval, reflecting a collaborative effort to enhance community engagement and support local development initiatives.
