Arlington ISD honors outstanding principals and state medalist student athletes

In the secondary category, Leslie Maroney from Omaha Health was recognized as the Secondary Principal of the Year, and Brandon Howard from Lamar High School was awarded the Secondary Assistant Principal of the Year.

The meeting also celebrated the "rookies" of the year, acknowledging the challenges faced by first-year principals. Crystal Dunlap from Pope Elementary and Amy Anderson from Dunn Elementary shared this honor, highlighting the resilience and commitment required to navigate their new roles.
