Governor Cox nominates Brian Bollinger as judge for Utah's Seventh District Court

Governor Spencer J. Cox has appointed Brian Bollinger as a judge of the Seventh District Court, a decision that was met with unanimous support during the recent Senate meeting on January 3, 2024. Senator Todd Wyler, chair of the judicial nomination committee, highlighted Bollinger's strong background, including his education—a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate from the SJ Quinney School of Law.
