Utah Legislature honors JC Carroll with jersey retirement ceremony

Carroll's legacy extends beyond college basketball; he played professionally in Europe, leading Real Madrid to multiple championships before retiring in June 2022. The citation concluded with a warm acknowledgment of Carroll's contributions to the sport and his new life on a ranch in Cache Valley with his family.
