University of Guam President outlines strategic partnerships for community advancement

Anita Borja Enriquez was officially inaugurated as the 12th President of the University of Guam during a vibrant investiture ceremony on March 25, 2024. In her inaugural address, Enriquez emphasized the transformative power of education, drawing from her own experiences as a first-generation college student.
