Black Hills Council approves performance agreement for comprehensive plan update

The ordinance, which requires a first reading, outlines necessary funding adjustments totaling approximately $1.7 million across various funds. These adjustments are primarily due to unanticipated expenses and reimbursements from grants, including funds from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The finance team, led by Brielle, was commended for their thorough preparation and clarity in presenting the budgetary needs, which are essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance during audits.
