Ryan Bray touts 70% local participation in Scurry County construction project

He remarked that this level of participation is exceptional, especially when compared to a larger project in Martin County that did not achieve similar results. He expressed confidence in the bidding process, stating that they received four bids for each major trade involved in the project.
